He is a seasoned private equity executive with extensive experience across emerging markets, particularly in Africa’s energy sector. 

 Over his career, Alderton has held multiple board, committee, and C-suite positions, demonstrating a proven track record in strategy formulation, corporate growth initiatives, and investment decision-making. 

As Director of Strategy and Corporate Development, he leads the company’s long-term strategic planning, identifies and executes growth opportunities, and drives initiatives that enhance organizational value and market positioning.
